Set-PvePoolsIdx

Update pool data (deprecated, no support for nested pools - use ‘PUT /pools/?poolid={poolid}’ instead).

API: PUT /pools/{poolid}, Proxmox VE API viewer

Set-PvePoolsIdx
[-PveTicket <PveTicket>]
[-AllowMove <bool>]
[-Comment <string>]
[-Delete <bool>]
-Poolid <string>
[-Storage <string>]
[-Vms <string>]
[<CommonParameters>]
Parameter Type Required Description
-PveTicket PveTicket No Ticket data connection.
-AllowMove bool No Allow adding a guest even if already in another pool. The guest will be removed from its current pool and added to this one.
-Comment string No
-Delete bool No Remove the passed VMIDs and/or storage IDs instead of adding them.
-Poolid string Yes
-Storage string No List of storage IDs to add or remove from this pool.
-Vms string No List of guest VMIDs to add or remove from this pool.

Every parameter also binds by property name from the pipeline, so an object with node and vmid properties (the output of Get-PveGuest, for one) fills -Node and -Vmid. Without -PveTicket the cmdlet uses the last connection, see Connection.

A PveResponse: the data returned by Proxmox VE is in .Response.data, the outcome in .IsSuccessStatusCode. See Results and Errors.
