Remove-PveNodesCephFs
Destroy a Ceph filesystem. Refuses if any PVE storage entry of type ‘cephfs’ still references the filesystem and is not disabled. Optionally also removes the storage entries and/or the underlying metadata and data pools.
API: DELETE /nodes/{node}/ceph/fs/{name}, Proxmox VE API viewer
Syntax
Section titled “Syntax”Remove-PveNodesCephFs [-PveTicket <PveTicket>] -Name <string> -Node <string> [-RemovePools <bool>] [-RemoveStorages <bool>] [<CommonParameters>]Parameters
Section titled “Parameters”| Parameter | Type | Required | Description |
|---|---|---|---|
-PveTicket |
PveTicket |
No | Ticket data connection. |
-Name |
string |
Yes | The Ceph filesystem name. |
-Node |
string |
Yes | The cluster node name. |
-RemovePools |
bool |
No | Remove the metadata and data pools used by this filesystem. |
-RemoveStorages |
bool |
No | Remove pveceph-managed storages configured for this filesystem. |
Every parameter also binds by property name from the pipeline, so an object with node and vmid properties (the output of Get-PveGuest, for one) fills -Node and -Vmid. Without -PveTicket the cmdlet uses the last connection, see Connection.
Output
Section titled “Output”A PveResponse: the data returned by Proxmox VE is in .Response.data, the outcome in .IsSuccessStatusCode. See Results and Errors.
