HTML

--format Html writes a static website in the zip. Extract it and open index.html in any browser: it works offline, with no server. Pick HTML to share the report with people who do not need to work on the data — a colleague, a customer, a ticket, a wiki.

A page is present only when its section is. Page names follow the same rules as the JSON files.

Reading the report

• Summary. index.html has the date, the version, the filters applied and the contents: every section with its description, row count and duration, linked.
• Sidebar. The same on every page, with the current page highlighted. Nodes, VMs and containers are groups you expand; their entries are loaded from assets/sidebar-data.js when you open the group, so the pages stay small on clusters with thousands of guests. The search box shows the entries whose text contains what you type — a name or an ID — and opens the groups that have a match.
• Links. A node, VM or container in a table links to its page, a storage to the Storages page; the Section column of Issues links to the page of the resource concerned.
• Index. A page with two or more tables starts with links to each of them.
• Theme. The sun/moon button switches between light and dark. The choice is remembered in the browser; without one, the report follows the system setting.

Tables

• Row count above every table, and the number of rows shown when a filter is on.
• Filter. A Filter rows… box above every table. The toggle on its left switches between contains (~, the default) and exact (=) — exact matches the whole cell and is useful for IDs, where 100 would otherwise also match 1000.
• Column filter. The funnel icon in a column header opens a row of filters, one per column, each with its own ~ / = toggle. All the filters apply together.
• Sort. Click a header to sort ascending, again for descending, a third time to go back to the original order. Numbers, sizes, percentages, Health and dates sort by value.
• Flags show ✓ when true and · when false.
• Health is a coloured badge — see Health Score.

Export one page

Every page except the network diagram has an Export button, top right. It downloads the page as a single file, <page>-standalone.html, with the styles and the table filters and sorting built in, and no sidebar. Links to other pages of the report are removed; links outside the report are kept. Attach it to a ticket or an email to send one VM or one node without the whole report.

Printing

Ctrl+P prints the page without the sidebar, filters and buttons.
